Technology
Technology Services and IT support are robust at Stratos. We have a full-service
helpdesk (24/7/365) that manages and supports your technology assets, delivering innovative solutions while minimizing operating expenses. Stratos offers specialty assistance in data and telecommunications procurement (with ongoing support), office network infrastructure, email hosting and technical contract negotiation and review.
Transitions Support
Our Transitions team provides comprehensive support beginning with the initial onboarding and continuing for 60 days post-resignation. We work with the advisor and guide them through the entire transition process.
Compliance
Stratos Compliance Department consists of 13 team members and our advisors turn to us for guidance on many Compliance related matters. Stratos Compliance is a resource for all Stratos advisors and their teams.

Our industry-experienced consultation and coaching team focuses on helping you best manage your business, your way. Whether you’re an advisor, an assistant or a branch manager, we have the resources, skills and knowledge to help answer your practice management questions and more!
RIA Advisory Operations
RIA Advisory Operations works with advisors that have a desire to use Fidelity, Schwab or TD Ameritrade. Our team will work directly with our custodial partners to ensure proper account setup, billing and system access. We work with advisors to identify potential new business opportunities with these custodians, as well as, provide cutting edge performance reporting and integration opportunities through Orion.

M&A and Succession Planning
Assist advisors in creating appropriate exit strategies, identifying buyers
and financing Offer turnkey enterprise agreements to ensure a smooth transition in the event of death, disability or retirement while protecting the value of the business for your family.
Financial Planning
The Financial Planning Department is committed to being a valuable resource to assist in advisors’ growth and development for their individual financial planning practice. The planning department is available to create customized comprehensive financial plans, modular plans, provide education on financial planning topics, software support and guidance.
Marketing Consulting
Our Marketing Department provides support for various marketing initiatives. We can assist with developing a new brand identity, website design, social media, digital marketing, public relations, and much more.
